To install the Synergy App on your phone for Engineering work requests:
· Go to the App store or Google Play store.
· Search for synergy mms, install app (enter App store ID/password if prompted)
· Enter 2213 for the property code and login with your username and password
· If you don’t remember your password, or need to be setup, open a ticket in IT and we will add you as a user
Using the App:
· Use the Funnel icon at the top left to filter work requests for you or your dept.
· Use the “New” icon to add a new work request
· Required information is:
· Location
· Guest check box with a name or No check box for internal projects
· Task
· Comment with specifics of work that needs to be done
· Save
· Ticket will be automatically added to the engineer pool
