If your email is asking for a password and will not allow access:

First check to make sure you are able to receive your e-mail from the Internet.  Open a web browser such as Chrome and go to mail.niresorts.com.  

Type your username (first initial and last name) and password.  The Outlook Web App will prompt you to change your password if it has expired.  Then return to your Outlook app on your PC and enter the new password.  You will also have to enter the new password on your phone application.

If you are not able to access your email from mail.niresorts.com please contact the IT help desk with the error message from Outlook.
