Forwarding Phones to MOD & Desk Phone
1. On your desk phone’s screen/display, there will be 6 keys on the left-hand side of the screen that look like this:
2. The 4th and 5th keys from the top will allow you to forward phones, as shown in the picture above.
3. Pressing the 4th key, “Forward MOD,” will forward calls to the MOD cell phone.
4. Pressing the 5th key, “Forward Desk,” will forward calls back to the desk phone in the Daniel Webster building.

JCH Phone Forwarding
On the Main Building/Front Desk phones:
The key named “FW to MOD” will forward all calls from the FD phones to the MOD cell phone (this key may take 10-15 seconds to take effect, the forward is completed when you hear the dial tone).
The key named “Cancel FW” will cancel the forwarding, and all calls will continue to go the FD phones.
Please note that the on the Concierge phone being used at the Daniel Webster building FD station, the keys are a bit different.
On the Concierge/DW phone:
The key named “Forward MOD” will forward all calls from the FD to the MOD cell phone, the same as the keys on the FD phones (this key may take 10-15 seconds to take effect, the forward is completed when you hear the dial tone).
The key named “Forward Desk” will forward all calls from the FD to the phone at the DW FD station.
