This article will describe how to create or change your voicemail message.  Including: custom greetings, name, etc.

This is for Mitel miVoice 6920 and 6930 admin phones.



To setup or change a Mailbox Greeting

- Press the Voicemail softkey and enter the voicemail system

- Enter Voicemail passcode

- Press Option 8

- For Mailbox Greeting - Press Option 1

**The prompt tells you which greeting is active.


Press Option 1 - To hear recorded greetings

Press Option 2 - To record a new greeting.  User can record up to 8 greetings.

Press Option 3 - To activate greeting 1 - 8


Follow the prompts to complete.

- Press the Voicemail softkey and enter the voicemail system

- Enter Voicemail passcode

- Press Option 8

- For Recorded Name - Press Option 2
