Create Rule to automatically move emails to inbox

Go to the Junk folder in Outlook

Find the email in question

Right click on the email.  This will open a sort of dropdown menu

Hover over Rules

You should see Always Move Messages from: [email protected]

Left click on that.  "Always Move Messages from.....:

The Rules and Alerts box will open

Click on Inbox.
