WE Inn Phone Programming Instructions
Programming for TELEDEX analog phones
Cordless phones Do Not Open Phone line
1. Remove the faceplate from the dial pad ( Top two flushed buttons are used to program the phone)
2. Press the upper LEFT button (the message light will flash).
3. Dial desired extension to program.
4. Press the upper LEFT button again (the message light will flash).
5. Press the designated button on the dial pad (front desk, concierge, pool, etc.)
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for the rest of the extensions.
7. Place the phone faceplate back when finished.
Corded phones
1. Remove the faceplate from the dial pad (Top three flushed buttons are used to program the phone)
The following steps need to be completed fast, because the phone line will open during setup.
2. Open the phone line- through speaker phone or handset.
3. Press the upper RIGHT button. The Gray Button
4. Dial desired extension number to program.
5. Press the designated button on the dial pad (front desk, concierge, pool, etc.)
6. Close the phone line.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for the rest of the extensions.
8. Place the phone faceplate back when finished.
