Disable all Windows Popups

1. Open Registry Editor: Press Win + R, type regedit, and hit Enter.

2. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer.

3. If Explorer doesn't exist, create it.

4. Create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value named DisableNotifications.

5. Set its value data to 1.
