How to enable the voicemail to email functionality in the phone system.
Step #1 - Ensure the system is configured.
Step #2 - Ensure the user is configured.
Step #1 - In Mar Watch, Go the specific property.
System Properties > System Feature Settings > System Options
Add the Email Sender's Address, Email Sender's Password, Email Server, Email Server Connection Type
Next set the sender email address system default.
Voicemail > System Settings > VM Options
Set Email Sender's Address to System Default
Step #2 - In Mar Watch, Go the specific User.
Users and Devices > User and Services Configuration > Search for User by Name or Number
Click on Voicemail
Enable Forward to E-mail
Add Email Address
Sets Messages Forwaded to Always
Set Delete After Forwarding to No (by default)
