From Agilysys support ticket 434607, this event was resolved from Michael's:
The KPS log is found on the server (Found at I:\InfoGenesis\Log_Dir) - here you can see if there is comminication between the terminals and other printers...After a crash you can check this log to see information on the event.
Move all files from the KP_Config on the server (Found at I:InfoGenesis\KP_Config) and restart the Revelation Kitchen Printer service. This makes the server create new files int he KP_Config Folder. After the files were recreated, test the printers and the issue should be resolved
