The Credit Card Receipt printer is directly connected to the POS Terminal via a USB Cable.
The credit card receipt printer will not print if the POS Terminal if offline and not connected to internet.
If the POS Terminal is connected to the internet. Try the following step.
Go to Function > Reint Printer
This will re-initialize the credit card receipt printer.
